AHU: Air handling unit
Air handling units, AHUs for short, are equipment for treating air in closed environments, intended as heating and/or cooling and/or air exchange and/or air purification.
Normally an AHU is composed of:
- Heat exchange coil for preheating the air
- Heat exchange coil for air cooling/span>
- Heat exchange coil for post-heating the air
- Humidification section
Air flow regulation dampers- Filters
- Heat recuperator
- Supply fans
- Return fans
All AHUs are made internally by Condimax to customer specifications or internal projects, and therefore any system configuration is possible.
The air handling units can be made both in the monobloc solution and in multiple sections that can be easily assembled on site, to facilitate their installation.
All materials and components used are first choice and high quality. We only use Carel electronics, developed specifically for us, ABB electrical equipment, Nicotra or Ebm Papst fans.
