Heating and cooling units

They are large hybrid power plants combined with a refrigeration group boiler in a heat pump, pumping groups, autoclaves, heat recovery and softening systems enclosed by an outdoor structure.

The aforementioned machines can be made both for outdoors, thus avoiding large structural costs that brick power plants entail, and for indoors. These machines produce hot water for heating, cold water for air conditioning, high pressure hot and cold water for the sanitary system in a completely autonomous way.

The machine independently manages the heat sources, establishing based on the external temperatures which group spends the least energy in terms of cost and pollution. The power station is completely autonomous with pumping units and adjustments. The water circulation system is made with double pumps so that the system never stops. 

The heating of domestic water and swimming pool uses the energy recovered from the heat pump refrigeration unit. The system can also be self-powered by gas cogenerator or solar panels.
The safety of the product supplied is maintained by Condimax with targeted maintenance contracts to guarantee the right efficiency even over the years.

The regulation system can also be managed remotely with new generation supervision systems.
