Construction of civil and industrial air conditioning systems
Condimax was born in Milan back in 1970 by the founder Fradegrada Alessandro ; since then the company has provided its customers with the most complete service: design, construction, implementation and maintenance of summer and winter air conditioning systems in the industrial and civil sectors.
It is important to underline that one of the main strengths of the company is the ability to internally build all the main air conditioning equipment ( refrigerators, heat pumps, air handling units, condensation hoods, heat recuperators, extractors and similar ) and the galvanized sheet metal ducts (automatic duct construction line, plasma cutting for special pieces and spiro machine for spiral ducts).
All equipment is tailor-made to an internal or external project with first choice and high quality materials; all this allows us strong installation flexibility and high quality with a constant eye on prices.
The company is currently located in Segrate (MI) in a modernly equipped 4200 m2 factory and thanks to highly specialized internal work teams it is able to operate throughout the national territory.
Condimax also offers an efficient and fast assistance and maintenance service for the systems.
The company management system is also integrated by ISO 9001 certification, which guarantees the quality of processes, products and services.
